THE Village, a global recruitment and HR solutions company, sought out West Group with a challenging demand: to ship around 100 Chinese professionals who worked on the construction of a ship and needed to monitor the procedures on board.

The scenario required an agile and customized solution. The professionals did not have the CBSP (Basic Platform Security Course) and spoke exclusively Mandarin. The request was clear: develop and implement the training in record time, in the format semi-presential, and fully adapted to the language of the participants.

Our PMO (Project Management Office) took on the challenge with total dedication. In an integrated effort between the pedagogical, technical and technological areas, we managed to structure training in reduced time, without compromising quality and compliance with the standards required for the offshore sector.

The theoretical stage was adapted to Mandarin and available on our EAD platform. Then, students participate in the practical phase in our units, with the support of specialized translators, ensuring complete understanding and safety during training.

The first class was successfully held in our Rio de Janeiro unit. The second is underway at Macaé unit, and we are already preparing to receive new classes in the coming weeks.
